The boilerplant in each of two buildings was proving unreliable, and Trac Global (now an Element Materials Technology Company) called in HMS for advice. HMS proposed, quoted for and installed two new boilerplants, each comprising two high-efficiency gas-fired condensing boilers decoupled from the heating systems with plate heat exchangers. After just a few years the clients were delighted to find that the reduction in their gas bills had almost paid for the new plant!
